Here's What You Get with this Community Support Program

Week 1 - Understanding and Preparing:

This week focuses on introducing the program and setting expectations. Participants learn about the impact of alcohol on their health and how to identify triggers. They begin planning their journey and are introduced to healthy alternatives to alcohol. The week ends with coping strategies for dealing with withdrawal symptoms.

Week 2 - Building Foundations:

Participants start this week by building a support network. They explore mindfulness and meditation as tools for maintaining sobriety. As the week progresses, they learn how to deal with peer pressure and discover the importance of physical exercise in aiding recovery. The week wraps up with the establishment of healthy sleep habits and learning about setting boundaries.

Week 3 - Progress Review and Skills Enhancement:

The third week starts with a progress review and moves onto building new habits. Participants learn about the role of nutrition in recovery, strategies for staying motivated, an#3b3b3bd stress management techniques. The week ends with harnessing the power of positive affirmations.

Week 4 - Mindset Adjustment and Resilience Building:

This week, participants work on adjusting their mindset and attitude. A second progress review is conducted to assess their journey. The rest of the week covers understanding emotions, celebrating small wins, managing boredom, and discovering the benefits of journaling. It wraps up with lessons on building resilience.

Week 5 - Maintaining Progress and Looking Ahead:

The final week starts with maintaining progress after Dry July and understanding the benefits of healthy eating. Participants then move towards building a new future without alcohol dependency. The program ends with a review and reflection, preparation for life post-Dry July, and a celebration of their achievement.
